Terms & refunds

Terms of service, in plain English

The whole agreement on one page: what we do, what you do, how you pay, and what happens if we are late. If anything here is unclear, ask before you order.

1Who we are

VoiceFiling is operated by Ashdi LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us”). We are a small, distributed team that prepares written FCC regulatory filings for U.S. voice providers. You can reach us at contact@voicefiling.com; we reply within one U.S. business day.

2What we do — and what we are not

We prepare written documents from the information you give us: robocall mitigation plans, Robocall Mitigation Database form content, annual recertification content, annual CPNI compliance certificates and accompanying statements, and compliance calendars.

We are not a law firm. Nothing we deliver is legal advice, no attorney-client relationship is created, and we do not represent you before the FCC or any other agency or court. If your situation needs a lawyer — for example, an Enforcement Bureau inquiry, a Notice of Apparent Liability or a removal order — we will say so.

3What you do

  • Give us accurate and complete information, and tell us when it changes.
  • Review every document before it is filed, and decide what to file.
  • Have an officer of your company sign the certifications, and submit them yourself through your own FCC accounts.
  • Operate the practices your filings describe.

You are responsible for the truth and completeness of what your company files. We rely on your answers; if they are inaccurate or incomplete, the documents will be too.

4Quotes and scope

Every order starts with a written quote stating the scope, the fixed price and the delivery date. That quote, together with these terms, is our agreement. Anything not in the quote is not included unless we both agree to it in writing.

5Prices and payment

  • New Provider RMD Filing: $490, one-time.
  • Annual Compliance Pack: $790 per year.
  • Change Update: $150 per change.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in advance, through a secure card payment link sent with your quote; work begins once the quote is accepted and payment is received. Government fees, if any apply to your filings, are paid by you directly to the government and are not part of our price.

6Delivery, and the late-delivery refund

Your delivery date is written in your quote. For questionnaire-based work, the clock starts when we have your completed questionnaire; we confirm the resulting date in writing.

If we miss the delivery date, we refund 100% of the fee for that order — no forms, no negotiation — and you may still use what we deliver.

If we ask a follow-up question and the answer takes more than two U.S. business days to reach us, the delivery date moves by the same number of business days, and we confirm the new date in writing.

7Cancellation

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before you return the questionnaire. After that, the fee is earned when we deliver on time.

8Revisions

Each deliverable includes one round of revisions within the agreed scope, returned within 2 U.S. business days. A revision that depends on new facts or changes the scope is handled as a Change Update or a new quote, agreed in writing first.

9The Annual Compliance Pack

The pack runs for 12 months from payment and includes the March 1 filing season within that period, one Change Update, and email reminders from your compliance calendar. It never renews automatically: we send a renewal quote 30 days before it ends.

10Change Updates

Change Updates are available for filings we prepared. We deliver within 3 U.S. business days after we receive the change details. The FCC’s 10-business-day update period (47 CFR § 64.6305(d)(5)) runs from the date of the change itself, so please tell us promptly.

11Who we do not work with

We do not work with businesses built on high-volume unsolicited calling campaigns, with providers that are currently the subject of an FCC enforcement action or robocall-related investigation, or with providers whose earlier filing was removed by the FCC or who have been prohibited from filing. We will also end an engagement if we are asked to write something we know to be untrue. In either case we refund the fee for work not yet delivered.

12Confidentiality

We use your information only to prepare your filings. We do not sell or share it, and we never publish client material as a sample: the sample on this site describes a fictitious company. Please remember that robocall mitigation plans are published in the Robocall Mitigation Database unless you request confidential treatment of specific parts.

13Ownership

Once you have paid, the documents we prepare for you are yours to use, edit and file. We keep our own templates, checklists and know-how.

14No promised outcome

We do not guarantee any action or decision by the FCC or any other agency, including acceptance of a filing or the absence of deficiency findings. What we commit to is what we control: complete, specific documents, at the quoted price, by the quoted date.

15Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the fees you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

16Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

17Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect on the date of your quote applies to that order.
